For this year, there are few things that I can consider as the best things happen to me and family. First, it was my sister's wedding last March on the general election day. It was the first wedding among my siblings and will be a memorable ceremony in our family.
Secondly, I got my promotion last August. My supervisor has agreed to upgrade my position to one level higher after I took his challenge and fulfill my promise to complete a project - Customer Satisfaction Survey system. It was a successful project and good achievement for my career and KRA/KPI this year. After complete this project, I have been trusted to develop another similar system - Internal Satisfaction Survey. Both projects are owned by Customer Service & Practices Management (CSPM) division of my company. Later, I was requested by Group Human Resource & Administrations (GHRA) to develop a new system - Competency Assessment & Development system. The system will be used by the whole company to evaluate and assess the staff achievement throughout the year.
Thirdly, Insya Allah my parents will go to Makkah to perform their pilgrim or Haji end of this month. This is going to be their third time to be there. I pray for their safety and may Allah give them strength and easiness during performing the Haji. My parents will be in there for 45 days and will come back here middle of January 2009.
Alhamdulillah, that are a few things that I can say best thing happened this year. I hope all our doa and hope will be granted and may Allah bless us. For the next year, I hope more good thing will happen and one of them will be my weeding. Ameen...
